- JHJon HookSep 30, 20261.0Over 2 weeks from the start of our kitchen installation, the fitter has completed just 1 and a half days of work. Fitted one of the units in the wrong place and not returned since. Wren keep giving excuses, but very poor service overall.
- AGAga GoraSep 16, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience – would not recommend Wren Kitchens Unfortunately, we have had an extremely disappointing experience with Wren Kitchens from start to finish. Our installation was delayed, our order was changed without properly consulting us, and the installation itself caused further problems. Wren arranged for Lukasz Kitchen Installation to carry out the work. The plumber provided through the installer increased his original quote by several hundred pounds without discussing or agreeing this with us beforehand. The installation work itself was also very poor. Lukasz damaged our coving by pushing the kitchen units into it instead of properly cutting and fitting the coving around the kitchen. We have photographs showing the damage. What has made the situation even worse is Wren's customer service and their refusal to take responsibility for the problems caused during the installation. We were also given information by Wren staff regarding refunds that had previously been agreed, which was later contradicted. This has left us extremely frustrated and feeling completely let down. For what should have been an exciting home improvement, the whole experience has been stressful, time-consuming and disappointing. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Wren Kitchens or their installation service.
