  Nipped in late this afternoon to have a look at kitchens, I knew what I had in mind but didn't know where to start. We did have our kitchen measurements with us but I didn't expect to walk out with an order placed. We were introduced to Gabrielle and I cannot fault this wonderful staff member. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable but she is very personable too. She is the first person who listened to my dream and actually turned that dream into a reality. She was patient with my uncertainty and constant mind changing (it's a big deal choosing a kitchen) but there was no pressure upon us for a sale, in fact no hard sell at all, just a lot of advice and it was a really nice experience. It was so refreshing not to be pushed or hurried into making our minds up. So yes I just wanted to say Gabrielle at Wren Warrington, thank you for your service today you made a daunting purchase into a really good experience, all round excellent customer service!

  My 3 friends and I walked in yesterday to have a look at some of the kitchens, we're recent graduates and all 21 years old. We only got a few steps into the shop before the blonde 35-ish year old woman told us to leave because we had said we were just having a look and didn't plan on buying anything that day. We left without bother but I think it was really disrespectful to assume we were either going to cause a fuss or that we weren't financially capable of making a purchase. If it had been 4 older people I don't believe she would have kicked us out for just wanting to browse. My first home will not feature a wrens kitchen <3

  Most of my kitchen fitted, OK, and to plan, but I cannot give a higher score (1/5), as the conduct, performance and customer service of my Wren kitchen installer, Dan Jones, was abysmal! The Wren Fitter, did not complete all planned/signed work, even though he had been fully paid. Left me with little/no notice, that he wasn't going to complete the job, due to the distance (<40 mins <30 miles), which he had commuted no problem for 5 days, prior to being fully paid. He advised I should contact Wren Services myself, even though he had been paid to be a single point of contact. Wren Services, advised they couldn't complete the work, and gave me a refund for the final part(s), a refund for the Wren Fitters fee re the final parts(s) and some compensation for the extremely poor behaviour of the Wren Fitter. This is a knight-mare scenario for a new kitchen customer! Potential Wren customers beware!!! His poor customer service/professionalism has been escalated by Wren management who are investigating his awful behaviour. When you spend £20,000 to £50,000 on a Wren kitchen, including installation by a Wren Fitter, you do not expect this!

  I think that the Wren team are very professional and seem to know their products. We chose our kitchen, I hadn't completely registered how the cost for fitting worked but as the price total was within our budget it was fine. The fitters etc were really good at their jobs and it all went well. The range of products was good and I enjoyed choosing our products. We were well informed about delivery and timing of the kitchen. The wait was longer than we hoped but not unreasonable and once the date was set there were no hitches. I love the finished kitchen and am happy we chose Wren
