I had forgotten my glasses at work and couldn’t read the catalogue, but the staff made no effort to help and didn’t seem bothered at all. There was a clear lack of customer care and urgency throughout. What should have been a quick and simple visit turned into a frustrating and time-wasting experience. As someone who relies on efficient service, this was unacceptable. I hope serious improvements are made to both staff attitude and customer service.
