  I cannot compliment Daniel Russell enough! I came into Wren last year to look at a new kitchen. Daniel designed the kitchen for me and worked his magic turning my grotty old mess of a kitchen into a smart, functional space fit for guests!

  Avoid this branch at all costs! they do what they can to get you to order then that is it! you are forgotten about and your order does not get processed and just keeps getting pushed back and when you try to query the order you get told its normal and the system adjusts to availability. Management are not even aware of the orders made in store and do not care about the delays caused and the ripple effect! I wish I had never entered this showroom and taken my business somewhere else! do yourself a favour shop around and spend your money at a brand and company that will actually care and meet their commitments don't waste your time with Wren and save yourself the unnecessary stress this company will cause you

  Went in to recover deposit as losed the property i was after but so far they held keep my money and not returned it chased it up no reply so doubt I use wren again as was great until it wasn't going the componey way then no help so when I find new house will look elsewhere for my business for kitchen and bedroom furniture very disappointed and will leave reviews on line of the way I been treated when things not gone smoothly for wren

  Love the kitchen, mostly happy with the service but that depends who instore you deal with. Sorting issues out (missing / damaged parts) was easy enough too with them being replaced quickly or refunds for parts not actually needed. Be carful as we had a lot of very expensive tiles and trims added to the order that were not needed (designer added for whatever reason). Our fitter sorted all that out though and saved us a lot of money. Yes, i would recommend Wren for a kitchen

  company. Our experience was fine until the kitchen needed fitting. When our joiner came to install the worktop, he immediately pointed out that the sink was too large for the corner unit, there wasn't enough support for the worktop joint, and the kitchen had been designed incorrectly. When I contacted the Chester showroom, one of the designers admitted they wouldn't normally recommend a sink this size in a corner, confirming our concerns, our designer never mentioned that at the time. The manager was dismissive, walked away before the issue was resolved, and tried to blame us for not checking the design with the fitter. We only received the full paperwork after signing the contract. Very poor after-sales service. Customer care veeeeery slow replies to emails. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the customer. I would not recommend this company.
