  Such an easy process, you get a full virtual view of your potential kitchen with a massive range of styles to choose from. Are designer Dan was great and full of knowledge which helped us create our vision and bring it to reality.

  We are very pleased with our kitchen that was installed earlier this year. Our designer, Daniel Russell, had been very patient with us and was able to help to design a kitchen that looks fantastic in our cottage. We have booked to go back to see Danny later this month and design a new utility room.

  Fantastic experience from start to finish made that way with Daniel Russell whose experience helped with a lot of decisions, he is very knowledgeable and friendly. We have used him in 4 kitchens now and can’t fault him in any way. If anyone needs a new kitchen or fitted bedroom ask for Daniel at the Chester showroom.

  Daniel Russel at Wren was very helpful in designing a kitchen that was within the budget we required and worked with us to get in budget and gave us tips on how to keep the cost down. The team came out and measure our kitchen. and we went to the Chester showroom to plan the kitchen which was on a tight budget. We had some building delays which meant we had to delay delivery which was fine. One unit was very badly damaged and we were able to request a replacement swiftly, it would be better if they took the damaged unit back as it was a problem for us to then have to dispose of it. We purchased the ready assembled units which was really good. The kitchens themselves are good though overly complicated in some of their design areas like wall fixings compared to other companies. We need up replacing some of the Wall fixings as the WREN ones did not feel adequate enough. The instructions are poor. it assumes that you have access to the internet to use the QR code, but we were renovating a house so had no wifi and the mobile signal is poor, so we had to go and stand in the middle of the road to get the information. They give you a nice booklet with the layout but it doesn't have the instructions. The sink was a German sink, so we did not realise this initially so we had problems fitting the waste pipes too it. We either needed to purchase an expensive UK to EU conversion kit which wasn't in stock anywhere, or as we did, just replace the plug hole in the sink with a UK one so we could get the pipes to fit (its literally mm difference but enough to cause leaks, we had a plumber look at this as well and he said he couldn't understand why they are supplying EU fittings, because to be honest we thought we were going mad with why it wouldn't fit). other kitchens are easier to fit if doing it yourself.

  If a member of your family becomes critically ill and they've paid a deposit to Wren Kitchens they ask for a letter off the hospital to refund the money but when you give them the letter they refuse to refund the customer's deposit into their account. She's likely to be in hospital for over six months and will probably be going into a care home. They now want to see a power of attorney but this lady didn't make one as she was fit and healthy before this medical condition took over her life. All they want is the deposit back. Shame on you Wren !!
