  Wren Kitchens Chester. We reported damaged parts and expected straightforward replacements, but getting any help has been a constant struggle. Customer service has been unhelpful, communication has been poor, and we have been left waiting without a proper resolution. For a company that charges premium prices, the level of support provided has been unacceptable. I would not recommend this branch.

  After spending thousands of pounds, we have been left with a kitchen that still doesn’t function properly. Customer service was excellent until the deposit was paid, then communication and support went rapidly downhill. The aftercare has been extremely disappointing, and we have been left chasing solutions ourselves. For such a major investment, we expected far better. I would not recommend this branch.

  Avoid Wren Kitchens Chester at all costs. Spending thousands of pounds on a new kitchen should be an exciting experience, but ours has turned into a nightmare. Despite making a substantial investment, we have been left with a kitchen that still does not function properly. The level of customer service changed dramatically the moment the deposit was paid. Before payment, communication was excellent and promises were plentiful. Afterwards, support became slow, frustrating, and incredibly disappointing. We felt completely abandoned when issues arose and had to constantly chase for updates and resolutions. I would strongly recommend avoiding the Chester branch and, based on our experience, I would also advise against using James as your designer. The aftercare and attention to detail simply did not match the expectations set during the sales process. A kitchen is one of the biggest investments many families make in their homes, and customers deserve a product that works and a company that stands behind what it sells. Unfortunately, Wren Kitchens Chester failed us on both counts. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and disappointment — look elsewhere

  I wouldn’t recommend James as your designer. After spending thousands we ended up with a non functioning kitchen

  Definitely avoid James as your designer. Poor service and customer care. Have specified us a 4 draw with top draw just for decoration. This was never mentioned to us during design stage and now I am stuck with a draw that I cannot use.
