  I was introduced to Justin from Howdens by a friend. I found he was initially very helpful during the initial design and sale of the kitchen (of course), he also recommended a fitter. A couple of weeks before the kitchen was fitted I contacted Justin to upgrade my tap, he told me he would upgrade it for free. The kitchen was fitted and the back boards looked awful, the recommended fitter told me it was down to Howdens not sending enough board as they like to reduce waste. No upgrade of the tap. I contacted Howdens to explain I didn’t receive the tap and I was unhappy with the boards. Justin didn’t seem bothered, he told me he’d refund me £300 if he received the boards back. No offer to upgrade the tap as he initially offered during taking the money for the kitchen. The fitter took the boards back so I requested my refund again, Justin told me he hadn’t received them so I contacted the fitter who literally replied “he is full of crap he told me to skip them”. After several back and forth phone calls he finally agreed to process the refund, 10 days later I’m still waiting for it. I have phoned twice since to chase it up, still waiting for a return phone call. I wonder how long it will take to process my refund. Wouldn’t recommend using this branch.

  Shocking lack of service, shame you can’t leave zero stars Called to the Neston branch on Monday the 27th of October, I had drawn up some basic plans with sizes, asked if they could do a design and quote, all very simplistic Was introduced to Andy, we discussed in more detail and he said he would email info over the next day On way home I wanted to share further info, called but was told Andy wasn’t available, asked whoever it was to ask him to call me back Following day I was called by someone else saying it had been passed over to them to sort, no probs, explained a minor change to drawing and was told I would get something the following day As of Friday the 31st of October I had not received anything so called, the guy on the phone apologised and made me an appointment to see Andy at 10am on Monday the 3rd of November I arrived on time to be greeted by blank faces that had no idea why I was there, was then told Andy was off sick, no call to cancel appointment, all getting a bit silly now Explained how much I had been messed around and was told the plans would be given to the Branch Manager and he would sort the following day and email me As of Friday the 7th of November I’ve heard nothing, absolutely shocking service If you called me tomorrow and said I could have the goods FOC I would say no thanks Going to try Benchmark and hope they offer a better service as this has been ridiculous
