- NWnatalie whiteApr 13, 20261.0Very disappointing Both in store and Head office Kitchen cabinets not measured correctly following a visit to our home ! Then to be told that we had missed the snagging window and had to pay for an additional cabinet although they could do this at trade price. When it came to fitting the work tops same scenario! Two visits to the showroom to try and sort this out , to be told this is a head office issue and nothing they can do in store. Called head office , to be told this a store issue and they should take some responsibility…. Whilst the quality of the cabinets are very good their customer care leaves a lot to be desired . Anyone thinking of upgrading their kitchen with wren , please check , check and double check upon delivery. This is the current status of our kitchen whilst we wait for additional work top and Cabinets that has cost an extra £700 in total due to poor service … But let’s not forget they have done us a favour and ONLY charged us at trade price.

After taking your deposit any pretence of caring about your order dissappear and you get a faceless and quite frankly useless customer service agent giving excuse after excuse for their errors. We used the idiots in the Peterborough showroom and the salesman in there got everything wrong. Wrong sizes delivered, wrong colours delivered, requested items not delivered. Seriously, pay a little extra if necessary and get what you have asked for. Terrible. Our salesman was called Sean. AVOID.
