- KSKai ShiMay 10, 20241.0I really wish i could just put 0 star here and suggest everyone to try not use them. We have ordered some flooring material from them. first the guy in the shop suggested some Scotia without even asking us if we needed it or not. Obviously we are not the expert, so we ordered them. Our builder then told us, since you will have skirting board on the side, so you don't need the Scotia. It then took us a few rounds of back and forth between the shop and their costumer service. Finally they agree the refund. But nearly a month after they had took the Scotia away, the money is still not back yet. I have been calling them 5 days in a roll, every time, the answer is someone will call you back. and everyday no one called us. We have to beg them please let us know where went wrong and what we could help to speed this up. Eventually, the guy in the shop called and said, he is dealing with their Finance team. After another day, the guy called back and said, oh, in our system, it showed that you had not paid. What a joke this is..... and what a waste of time and energy. While writing this review, we still don't know if the refund will be sorted out or not. it is just really frustrated and could not understand how hard it is for them inform their customer with an proper update.

We were originally mislead to order a product that we actually didn't need. After tons of useless back and forth communication with many different people, they agreed to refund us the more than 400£ that the product cost. We have even now returned that product to them and they haven't refunded us yet. They are even suggesting now that we haven't paid at all when we did! Very disappointed and it has been a real nightmare to get a solution for this issue. Better off just buying online than having to deal with them.
