- DCD C4 days ago1.0Useless, provided a kitchen plan and design and came in for two appointments and still couldn’t provide a quote despite multiple requests and promises to get it sent to us. Wanted us to come in a third time to ‘finalise details’ that could’ve easily been resolved via email. Gave up on the end and went to Howdens which was night and day in terms of customer service.

Which they kindly discounted down from £57! Not a good way to encourage repeat business, which is slightly embarrassing for such a large company. Hopefully this type of customer service is not repeated across all their stores. Stay well clear if you want to be treated well.
