  I’m currently renovating my kitchen and, after visiting three other major kitchen retailers, I honestly thought they were all much the same — until I met Nick at the Newmarket branch of Wickes. What an incredible experience. My appointment was meant to last an hour, but Nick gave me so much of his time, patience and expertise without ever making me feel rushed. He went above and beyond to help me create the perfect kitchen, thinking of details I would never even have considered myself. He cleverly maximised every inch of space without leaving awkward gaps or using fillers, and even suggested using a slightly curved unit near the window to bring more light into the room — such a thoughtful idea. He also spent ages checking appliance specifications on Bosch, AEG and other websites to make sure I chose the best appliances. I have genuinely never experienced customer service like it. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable, talented, patient and kind, and he made what felt like a stressful renovation become exciting and enjoyable. An absolute credit to Wickes — I cannot recommend him highly enough.

  They left the packagings on my garden and didn't care to pick it up. Called multiple times to different numbers. And nobody cared despite package removal being highlighted in the contract. Also one of the drawers catches and doesn't close well. Useless. Seriously.

  I went to Wren to asked if they could design our bedroom. A young lady, Amber Henley came to asked if we needed any help. She was so helpful, nothing was too much for her. Amber sorted out everything for us, I didn't have to do anything Amber did it all for us. From the chap(forgot his name) who took photos and Amber did the design, and Warren Lee came to fix it. They took all the old furniture away too. O didn't have to worry about anything. And now I have a lovely bedroom now, a BIG Thank you to Amber Henley and her team 100/100

  Vicky was brilliant - really helpful and patient. She helped us consider and design a beautiful kitchen renovation. Regrettably, personal circumstances mean we were unable to proceed with the order, but the cancellation and refund were actioned courteously and promptly. I hope we can proceed with the planned work with Vicky and the Wren team in the near future.
