  Wrong units delivered resulting In me incurring more labour costs. Wasted time n delayed my moving in date. No help from the showroom in foster sq bradford. Not happy

  Just want to say a massive thankyou to Zahra Afzal from Wren at Bradford Foster Square. She stayed late with us to help us get a design together, she was patient, attentive and helped us find a kitchen that we had trying to envision during our renovation project. She was amazing at being understanding of our budget, didn’t push us into anything and if anything strived to make us feel as comfortable as possible whilst also being honest about our budget and the range we were looking at. Thankyou so much Zahra, you are an asset to Wren and do an amazing job in there!

  My parent's have had no end of issues with their new Wren kitchen. Their fitter is unable to complete the kitchen due to Wren refusing to deliver the worktops as they had not cut them down to size and now saying they have been damaged in the warehouse by their incompetent staff. They are now saying they have to wait another 12 days for them to be delivered again. This means that my pensioner parents are left with no sink, no hob and no worksurfaces due to Wren. They have also had two damaged doors, one of which they are still awaiting replacement. Their fitter has other jobs lined up so they will likely have to fork out for another fitter on top of all the stress and upheaval. Do not use this incompetent company who completely disregard their customers wellbeing!

  I recently purchased a bedroom wardrobe set. The order was incomplete as they gave 1 less chest drawer. I complained about this to headoffice, they checked the invoice and confirmed it was missing. They confirmed they will send it in a few days. I also spoke to them about the inconvenience of having to chase this up as well as having to pay someone for 2 days labour to fix this second chest drawer. The staff member from head office was very awkward, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The staff member from headoffice blamed me for the incomplete order and said i shouldve checked it myself at delivery. How am i meant to check each item for a fitted wardrobe set containing 2 double door wardrobes, 1 double door drawer, and 2 chest drawers? This is very unprofessional and disrespectful to speak to a customer like this. I have paid a lot of money to get this set and your staff arent considerate at all. At the very least i would expect an employee to be understanding of my situation and apologise for the inconvenience. Be wary before you place your order with this company.
