  ⭐️ 1 star Honestly, I would think twice before buying a kitchen from Wren Kitchens Bolton. My experience from start to finish has been extremely disappointing. The salesperson I dealt with, Adil, told me he was a designer and I trusted him to design the kitchen properly. Unfortunately, the design wasn’t what we wanted, and in the end I had to redesign it myself to get it looking how we wanted. One of the biggest disappointments was the small fridge for cold drinks. I was shown the fridge in the showroom and was told that was the size I would be getting. What arrived was tiny compared with what I had been shown. When I complained, I was told we had ordered the small one. I completely disagree with that, because I know what I was shown and what I was told. I found the whole situation extremely frustrating. The fridge door was also the wrong size and was sent incorrectly five times. This caused more delays and, because I had to pay my own kitchen fitter, it also meant extra labour costs for me. There were problems with other parts of the kitchen too. The sink tap supplied was not compatible and couldn’t be fitted as intended. The island side strip was bent and not straight, which meant more adapting and extra hassle just to get everything looking right. We were also told the doors were soft-close. After using the kitchen for a while, I can say they certainly don’t close softly like we were told they would. There were delays with the delivery of the kitchen, poor communication and too many issues for something that cost us our hard-earned money. Instead of enjoying a new kitchen, we ended up dealing with problems, extra costs and frustration. I’m giving my honest opinion based on my own experience. If you’re thinking about buying a kitchen from Wren Bolton, I would strongly recommend doing your homework and looking at other companies before committing your money. For me, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had buying a kitchen. I would not use Wren again, and I would not recommend them based on my experience.

  We are currently having a new kitchen fitted and although we are delighted with the kitchen we are having quartz work tops which we asked to be booked in for template on the 19th of September, Taylor from wren forgot to do this so we are now left without until at least the end of September, so we have a kitchen with no hob ,no sink and no washing machine which is not ideal as we cannot afford to eat out every night .When ringing customer service all we got was "we can only apologise " ,what about a goodwill gesture for the money we now have to spend eating out ,not to mention all the inconvenience. Sorry Wren but when spending 16 grand in your store we would expect better customer service !

  Outstanding service from Matt Dixon at Wren Kitchens Bolton We visited Wren Kitchens in Bolton today and had the pleasure of being looked after by Matt Dixon, who absolutely deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. From start to finish, Matt was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, without being pushy or trying to sell us anything we didn’t need. His incredible knowledge, creativity and imagination made the whole kitchen design process enjoyable and stress-free. He listened to what we wanted and helped us turn our ideas into something even better. We were also there with our young daughter, and Matt was fantastic with her — he was patient, kind and even had biscuits and toy for her, which made the whole experience even more pleasant! My wife and I are extremely happy with the service we received from Matt. It’s a shame that not every company has employees of such a high standard. People like Matt are a real asset to Wren Kitchens. I sincerely hope his managers see this review and recognise and reward him appropriately for the excellent job he is doing. Matt is a credit to Wren Kitchens, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a kitchen. Thank you, Matt, for making our experience such a positive one! 👏

  If you're purchasing a kitchen through Wren, just be aware that appliances will cost you a fortune to be fitted, this isn't included in the fitting of the kitchen (even if you purchase all new appliances through them). Also, their fitters will come out and rip you off as they will cost up any electrics which might need moving, we got quoted an extra £2,000 to fit the hob, oven, fridge freezer, washer, sink and to move 2 plug sockets!! the fitter also charged £100 for two holes to be cut out of the sink for the taps! Wren also conveniently added an instant boiling tap (which we did not order), so I had to go through the plan very carefully and then decided not to sign their contract after the fitter charged an extra £2,000 ontop of the £16,000 kitchen. Be careful and ask what will cost you extra. At no point did they mention appliances will cost extra to be fitted.
