  Comprehensive survey of bedrooms and good options provided by the rep. I would recommend visiting the showroom to check all options. We got 0% finance which is useful. Fitters were very good (we had built in wardrobes in two bedrooms) with good quality work. Very pleased with the product and service provided.

  Could not be happier with our Wren Infinity Plus Shaker Chelsea kitchen and utility room. The service was amazing from our main designer Khoyrul who talked us through the design and layout and was happy to accommodate our colour changes and last minute sink move! Having lived with the kitchen for a few weeks the layout is incredible and has made a huge difference to our lives. Everything works so well to the two dishwashers to the large integrated fridge and freezer, and all our smart appliances that work through voice and our phones. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Kitchen is finished in Forest Green with a Pebble Grey Island and Pebble Grey units in the utility room.

  I’m very disappointed with my experience with Wren Kitchens. After the kitchen was installed, I realised how much wasted or “dead” space was left due to poor design. Areas which cannot be used at all, which is extremely frustrating, especially as better planning could have utilised the space far more effectively. I’m also unhappy with the service side of things. I was supposed to receive £200 through a family referral, but despite chasing this since September, I still haven’t received anything. The lack of follow-up and communication has been very disappointing. Unfortunately, I was not happy with my designer, Narmada Sivadeepan from the High Wycombe office. I feel my kitchen space was not properly assessed or fully utilised, and I trusted the designer’s expertise, which in hindsight was a mistake. Overall, the experience has left me dissatisfied, both with the kitchen design and the customer service afterward. I expected much better from a company like Wren.

  Absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen. From designing to installation the staff at Wren couldn’t have been more helpful. It took 2 weeks from start to finish and apart from one hiccup, which was speedily dealt with, everything went smoothly.
