    Very poor service: I came in to the John Lewis store last Thursday to take advantage of the 15% discount and the salesperson was totally uninterested in helping me. She took my measurements and I asked her to email me with an approximate cost before the fitter came out. She failed to contact me at all and I have chosen to go elsewhere. Most disappointing.
