  Brilliant service at the Belfast store. The showrooms were set up perfectly and I got the feel for what I wanted for myself. During the process there was an issue with chipping and when I mentioned this issue the turnaround for a replacement was quick

  Me and my daughter are both doing our kitchens and went into Wren together. Service from staff was fab for the full process, felt very at ease and very looked after. Our installer was amazing, such a lovely gent. Would recommend to anyone!!

  Recently had my kitchen completed by the Belfast showroom and couldn't be happier! process from start to finish was so smooth and stress free. We had shopped about with other suppliers and the experience was nothing compared to what Wren could offer. The showroom set up and technology is absolutely brilliant, cant thank them enough!

  Awful experience with Wren after purchasing bedroom furniture. Their own staff member advised myself and my wife not to pay the extortionate assembly price and advised that the furniture was easily assembled. I believe that would have been the case had they sent us what we had ordered. A member of their team came out and supposedly measured and photographed our bedroom prior to our in person consultation. When the items then did arrive there were items that were simply far too big to go where they were meant to in the original plans. We contacted Wren about this and they advised we would need to cut the pieces of wood ourselves and used the fact that we hadn’t paid for their extortionate assembly fee so really that was it. Neither myself or my wife are happy to start cutting any items to try to get them to fit and at no point in our planning with Wren staff was it mentioned that this would even be a possibility. I can assure that this was not a cheap bedroom set and the end product of what we have been sold is in no way what we paid for. Wrens answer to this is to offer £150 compensation, on a bedroom set which was thousands of pounds, incomplete on delivery and with the previously mentioned caveat that you also appear to need to be a skilled joiner to have it fit properly together. Avoid at all costs, wish we had never given these people a penny

  Smooth easy absolutely excellent service and knowledgeable design with Shekeba. She walked me through a very we easy set of decisions. Excellent taste. Great listening skills. Came recommended originally from a Donegal builder who.has put in a few flatpack kitchen from them. I went free standing bespoke for time and ease and the price difference was negligible really for the turn time. They are coming to measure in case also. 13/10. Would recommend. She drew out the electrics for me to give to the sparky. Also she was really happy to.swap in and out options to make different price decisions. Absolutely delighted with myself. Aoife Donegal
