- MMMichelaMay 20, 20265.0I very rarely leave reviews, and I wasn’t prompted to leave one at all, but I was so impressed with the service from Mohib and his team that I wanted to personally say thank you. From start to finish, they were extremely professional, provided great customer service, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue properly. My damaged oven was replaced under warranty with no hassle, and everything was handled promptly and with care from the moment I notified them that I was having communication issues and delays with the warranty company. I also really appreciated that the warranty letter was hand delivered to my home the day after installation instead of asking me to come and collect it. That level of care and service is very rare these days. A brilliant experience all around, thank you again to Mohib and the whole team! Grazie mille!
