  The most amazing staff. Every time I visit it’s with an issue, not just to buy things! They advise me on the best options and whether it is doable with my limited diy skills. Ian is the kindest human and whoever is in charge should give all the staff a raise!! Yesterday I went in with an issue with my cold water tank in the loft, by the end on the day I had fixed it myself. So grateful and will ALWAYS recommend them. More places need to be like this!

  I needed a Bottle Trap for a bespoke sink. I came across this Store in Kempston, Bedfordshire who had the parts I needed. I called the store, spoke to Ian and he was most helpful over the phone. Reserved the part for me to pick up later that day. On arrival the guys were very helpful and accommodating, offering advice and help when asked. I’d recommend this store for your plumbing needs. It is a little tricky to find, so What Three Words helped me find the exact location of this store.
