We clearly outlined our budget, but the initial quote was far above it, and we were told it couldn’t be met. However, once we mentioned considering another company, they suddenly reduced the quote by £3,000 without any changes to the product or quality, which raises serious questions about their pricing. The pressure tactics were particularly off-putting, including being told we had to pay a deposit immediately or lose the offer, only to be contacted days later saying the same deal was still available. Overall, the approach felt more focused on securing a sale than providing genuine customer service.
