  Walked in and met a fella called Michael. Thick english accent. Proper salesman attitude, laughed at us when we told him our budget was 10k. Everything we picked seemed to be the infinity plus range. Kept saying we had expensive taste. We picked a kitchen worth 15k apparently. Went to ikea and they designed exactly what we were looking for 6.5k. And customer service there was excellent. Starplan said they could do the exact design for 8k and that was installation included. Don't get me wrong, shop looked good and quality products. Even a place at the back of the store which you could replicate the spacing in your own kitchen. But we got smothered and stood over while trying to pick options. Felt mega pressured.

  Absolutely fantastic service from Dave Harrison, friendly, knowledgeable , polite and welcoming. Dave designed my new kitchen and has kept in touch providing updates etc. Wren, this guy is a huge asset to your team 😊

  The design process felt amazing. We were so happy walking away with our dream kitchen. Until… It actually came to implementing it. We had a revisit to sign off and proceed with the design and this couldn’t have went any worse. Upon fighting to get resolved and not paying £1500 more than previously agreed we finally managed to get our order date booked. Prefit kitchen survey has just been completed today and half the kitchen isn’t included. We picked tiles on the day in store. But the removal and install of tiles isn’t included and the kitchen fitter we had can’t help with that even if he was to charge us extra. We need our own Tiler, plumber, electrician and gas contractor. Not at one point was this even mentioned. The kitchen gets delivered a week early so hopefully you have a spare kitchen to store your new kitchen in, in the meantime. Beyond me why it wouldn’t come in a van on the day of install. Your beautiful new kitchen gets installed. But nothing works because nothings attached. You then need to pay someone else to come out and uninstall then reinstall correctly. Not only have you a whole extra kitchen in your house a week before, you’ve now got a brand new show room kitchen that won’t work until you can get your own contractors in to resolve. What on earth is this company thinking. Awful experience. Never have I ever had a worse experience with a company that I’m looking to throw thousands of pounds at. Get it sorted out Wren.
