  Excellent service above and beyond the norm! Justin Webb was recommended to do some work on a friend’s house in Acworth. As my friend is in Kuwait, although I am in Tennessee, I was the closest point of contact. Justin, a Marine Veteran, was extremely easy to work with and was always prompt and professional. Although coordination can often times be difficult, especially when scheduling from out of town, Justin always made himself available and even went back to the house in his free time to confirm that the power company had completed their part and turned the power back on. Highly recommend!

  Let me just say that Residential Power Solutions was amazing to work with, and I mean the whole team! After the last round of storms our generator went down, the diagnostics were outside the ability of our previous provider and we were recommended to reach out to another company - who took two weeks to call back!! Justin and his team took our call, came out same day to diagnose and start the claim with Generac. They were easy to communicate with, provided updates along the way and got our problem fixed! I am so happy that I will be switching my annual service and maintenance plan over to them!   I have been considering getting a back up generator for my house over the past couple years and now I have one! David and his entire team exemplify professionalism, excellent communication and the best service. They were very cost conscious of what I wanted versus what I actually needed. In the end, everything is perfect and they saved me a lot of money. You will NOT regret giving them a call.

  RPS was so responsive and professional. They quoted me their price to put in a generator and made good on that price even though I had to wait a lot longer for the install for my own reasons. They then found out that the switch that I owned was not compatible with the new generator. Instead of having me foot the whole bill for the unexpected costs which they could have done, they provided a new switch at cost and worked the replacement labor into other labor that they were already doing. I highly recommend RPS for any of your electrical and backup needs.
