  I contacted Tanner last year during the sale of my aunt's home which needed roof repair. He came out to do the inspection and had a quote to us in less than 2 days. His crew did a great job with the repairs and cleaning up afterwards. Tanner showed us all the photos of what had been done. The home passed inspection with no issues. I highly recommend Tanner and MTak Roofing Systems.

  There’s a couple of things that I should start with. 1. Multiple bad experiences with contractors of any sort. This includes anything from a “handyman” who is doing some minor plumbing work to a general contractor who is building out a portion of my home. There’s a lot of “sales work” up front and then a lot of disappointment on the back end. I, typically, end up having to manage the job myself to make sure it’s done right. 2. My general hesitancy to do business with anyone who simply shows up at my door. That being said, Tanner knocked on my door one day, as a number of other roofing companies had. Why I picked his card out of the stack when the time came, simply boiled down to the fact that I’d actually answered my door that day when he knocked. I’m grateful that I did because the entire process was a joy. The fact that he was willing to “3 way” the call with my insurance company, guiding me ahead of time as to what information I would need and what to ask for from them. And was then on site when the adjuster came. After quoting the job, he took the time to walk me, step by step, through the upcoming process. There was excellent communication throughout. He never promised something that he didn’t follow through on. There was no “selective memory” regarding our discussions. He was available, prior to and during the replacement process, making a point of being on site while work was going on. This was the most “stress free” home improvement project that I’ve ever had done in the 30 years in my home. And, from what I understand of the work as I watched it take place, it all seems to be top quality. They definitely know what they’re doing. Highly recommended!!

  MTak roofing was able to provide us with a roof tuneup to get a couple more years out of our roof for a reasonable price. All the pipe boots were replaced, nail pops sealed and HVAC vents repainted. It looked great!
