    I have been renting from this location for almost a decade now and my continued use of their service should reflect my appreciation for what they do. Joel Simmons has always gone out of his way to work with my chaotic last minute scheduling. The occasional machine issues are just that, occassional, but you're gonna have that kind of stuff no matter what rental service you use when you rent equipment as frequently as we do. But they have always been quick to get any issues resolved. Happened to notice the previous review and after having a good laugh at the guys ignorance I figured I'd share a review that actually reflected the services to be expected at this location. In regards to the last review, I have rented equipment and vehicles from nearly all the local rental services and Hercs rental insurance is probably the most clear oc all of them. Its extremely short, and quite clear as to what it covers. Actually reading a policy you pay for goes a long way and more importantly, leaving a negative review for a company simply because they are following their company policy, a policy which you agreed to upon renting from them is just plain ignorant. Great location, good service, knowledgeable, will work with you as much as possible, good pricing.. cant ask for much more. And Joel Simmons has always been on point. 🅰️➕️➕️➕️➕️➕️

    We needed to rent a lift to do some work at our church. After going down the list and feeling hopeless as each company told us they didn’t have one, one by one, we got Justin on the phone. He literally stopped what he was doing and tracked us one down. His customer service skills were excellent. We had a lift dropped off by the end of the day. Answered every question we had and went above and beyond. The poor guy dropping the lift off brought it to us from Covington in horrible traffic and was still courteous and kind. We will definitely be using this company in the future. The prices were definitely reasonable and fair as well. Thank you! God bless y’all and Merry Christmas!
