I would not recommend Starlight Homes. They rush through construction so quickly that the quality really suffers… there are constant issues and flaws that should have been caught before anyone moved in. It feels like the builder cares more about cranking out as many homes as possible for profit rather than making sure they’re built well. On top of that, the neighborhood is a mess with people constantly blocking driveways, making it hard to even get in or out of your own home. They literally tore down a parking lot that we had that many guests used and built houses on it. Very disappointing experience overall. Definitely would not recommend these homes to anyone!!!!

House is affordable and pretty good quality. The big downside is there is not enough parking for the amount of cars in the neighborhood. Instead of building a parking lot, they are building more house on both sides of the road at the entrance and putting up more no parking zones by the street. There are more cars than designated parking zones. BUILD A GUEST PARKING LOT.

Poor HOA Management and Accountability Living at Rivington walk has been more frustrating than expected due to the HOA’s lack of action and accountability. I’ve reached out multiple times about ongoing issues — specifically with parking violations and irresponsible dog owners — and every time, I get the same unhelpful response from Bri: “I can’t help you unless you give me the address of the owner.” It shouldn’t fall entirely on residents to investigate and report others just to get basic community standards enforced. What’s the point of an HOA if they aren’t actively monitoring the property or taking initiative to resolve problems? Even with dog waste stations now installed, the situation hasn’t improved — many pet owners still refuse to clean up after their dogs, and there’s no real enforcement. The problem isn’t the lack of resources, it’s the lack of follow-through. Despite repeated concerns, I’ve never seen an HOA representative on site issuing tickets or correcting behavior. At this point, it feels like they’re just collecting dues without doing their part to maintain a clean, respectful living environment. If you're considering moving here, I strongly suggest asking how community issues are actually handled — because so far, it’s been nothing but empty responses and frustration.

Hi I’m a homeowner at Ravington Walk and about three months after buying this property others homes were build and their backyards are very close to mine. I have been having issues with neighbors being really loud on the weekends with their music all day long in their backyard . I have contacted the HOA for months about this and nothing has been done about it . It’s very frustrating when there is no enforcement on this type of situations .specially when you are not allowed to close your backyard it’s rather dangerous. Dispite the poop all over the neighborhood, no where to park in the near future and the fact that you have to keep asking nicely to your neighbors so you can have some sleep to lower their music because nothing is done about it . I will never recommend this place again. Very disappointed 😔.
