  We have an old building that's required a lot of work recently. Tripp and the entire team have gone above and beyond to find solutions for us. would highly recommend for anyone to use them!

  2 stars for prompt appointment. They were able to come out the next day. And the receptionist Brittany was courteous and informative. The appointment however was a huge disappointment. I was charged $105 for a ‘diagnostic’ fee. Which I don’t generally mind paying. However, the tech’s only equipment he used was a flashlight. I told them I believed it was a clogged or backed up drain pipe when I scheduled the appointment. I was told they would have proper equipment to check for this. They ran some water down the kitchen sink and ran the dishwasher (after almost leaving and talking to the back office and being told to run the dishwasher first). No other equipment was used to check and see if we had a backed up or clogged pipe. They said it ‘might’ be garbage disposal, dishwasher or old pipes under sink. Recommended to replace and place a pressure regulator at the main meter. I asked for an estimate and was told it would be emailed to me. Never had a company leave without giving me the estimate first. It took 2 days before I received the estimate and it didn’t even have everything we discussed (no I don’t expect them to replace the dishwasher). I chose this company based off the good reviews I read. Now I will have to pay another company to come and find what actually is the issue with my pipes because I know there is more going on. I don’t want to waste money replacing all my appliances on a ‘maybe’ diagnoses when the only tool used was a flashlight.
