    After our maintenance check with Alex quite a few issues were noted and needed to be addressed. Not only did Slate (the owner) come out to our home, he spent well over an hour discussing exactly what was needed. Our home is almost 40 years old. Our sub par duct work was hanging on the ground in some places, disconnected in others. Slate explained in full detail what should be done, the redesign aspect and correct material specifications. His knowledge was so impressive, there was no way we would have used another company. Not to mention his price was better. Next in came his team: Iker, Steve, Nate, Cayden and Hunter. They ripped out and replaced our entire duct work in a matter of a few days. Not to mention in below 30 degree weather and rain. This team of men were professional beyond measure. Thank you Slate and your team for an outstanding job!

    Owner claims rude behavior from customer and claims to have screenshots. Installs a unit where we had to call another company to fix their mistake and have the invoice for it. Installed a “free” thermostat but didn’t even install it properly to where after fixing the heating problem my unit stopped blowing cold air. Father confronted them about the charge of $400+ with limited english and clear frustration of a 15,000$ unit install not working twice especially after coming out once already hurting business. The audacity of being charged for a thermostat especially when the install led to another problem is outrageous. I call the company and calmly confront them about the mistake and employees understood and scheduled a tech to come out and inspect the problem. Wake up the next day to no one out and the owner going crazy on my father because my father used limited words to get a message across unlike me and was really pissed and upset. We spent 15 THOUSAND dollars on a new unit just for it to stop working the first day winter seriously hits. Anyone would be pissed about it not working and then the audacity of being charged on top of that. Claims I was rude when I not once raised my voice, apologized to the workers for the inconvenience since they weren’t prepared to deal with that and ended the call on a good understanding. Maybe install the unit right the first time and you won’t have an angry customer losing business because customers are freezing and then sweating during the day. If owner posts the screenshots let’s see what my dad said compared to what he said and see who really went ape on the other person. Dude has some sort of power trip and insecurity of his install work to be this mad at someone when they paid over market price to someone they were referred to and was vouched for. Get a grip Attached below is the text thread and I’m just very curious as to what was rudely said other then the fact that he said then make customers happy stop sending invoices which after an essay written by this man berating my father is the least he can say. Owner knows my dad is not the strongest in english and doesn’t mean anything rude by what is said. It’s called getting straight to the point and not being a pansy like I was trying to articulate a super fake and nice emotion to the employees when im more frustrated then he is. Clearly stated in the messages that his employee spoke to the staff member and was really nice. Am I reading things wrong or did you not say I was rude?? And calling my dad names and everything when my dad not once called him a name or insulting him? Saying it felt like he got cheated is not an indication of one being a cheater or an insult to one’s character unless that person thinks themselves as one. Anyone reading this, if your going to spend 15k on a commercial unit I would think twice on using this company because that may be most of the money you own and this guy can jsut willy nilly cancel your warranty and you can’t do anything about it. Thankfully I have a ac tech on standby to fix this issue asap but the people that don’t shouldn’t take a risk even if it’s only a 1% chance
