  Yesterday when it was 12° outside my heat went out and I woke up in a 50° house. Once I finally bit the bullet and decided it wasn’t going to fix itself I was recommended to this company by a coworker. I figured since I was calling so late that I would have to just plug in space heaters and hope my pipes didn’t freeze. They came out late at night and fixed my heat same day! No crazy price gouge and even quoted out a service for me that I was apparently about to get ripped off on next month. I will be rescheduling the appointment I had with the other company and rescheduling with McCord. As a young first time homebuyer, who has no idea about anything regarding HVAC I was very impressed with the transparency and honesty from this company!

  I’ve had the pleasure of using this company services twice so far for different issues, they have been more than prompt, professional, and fast, I was so pleased that I have a schedule setup per season, I highly recommend this company.

  I called McCord HVAC at the recommendation of a friend to get a second opinion after a different company had quoted an insane price. Their quote was much better, they give a warranty on their work, they work with a financing company in case you can’t pay up front, and they offer an annual maintenance plan for a very reasonable price that extends your warranty. They were able to replace my HVAC unit and duct work in one day. They were very polite, professional, and cleaned up afterwards completely. When I had a water leak and had to tear out some ceiling in the basement they came by free of charge to take a look at the ductwork hidden between the first floor and the basement so we could replace it while the ceiling was out if necessary (it wasn’t). They are very honest and trustworthy, and their office staff is always so nice. They are the only people I would recommend for HVAC work.

  Kelly and his team at McCord HVAC are top notch- one phone call is all that is needed and my problem is solved- it is great to have a company with such great integrity you don't have to worry about a thing with McCord.
