We were very gracious in letting them take their time because so many other homes had been effected.We understood there were others in the community that were worse off and allowed them to take their time. Brandon was the sales person and seemed very helpful from the beginning. I made it very clear from the beginning that there were two concerns I had. First I want all of the rotten and soft Masonite removed and new wood installed. Second I wanted him to make sure to stay apart and see the job to completion. Fast forward to July 2025. They start the install with a crew that has been subcontracted out and does not know any of the initial request. The crew arrives and does not remove any of the rotten Masonite and Window world did not pull a local permit. The contract clearly stated they were charging me for a permit and additional built in for wood replacement. I had to request a permit be pulled and then upon completion had to educate them on calling an inspector to come and check the site. However, due to them pulling the permit late they failed the inspection. The inspector could not see under the vinyl siding. Cody assured me he would let me know when they came up with a solution. He has not responded even though I have attempted to call him. It is currently October 2025.PLEASE DO NOT USE Window World in Valdosta. There is no telling how many people they have charged for a permit and never pulled in Lowndes county. Also, they do not communicate from sales to installers and will not live up to the standard you set in the beginning. Brandon did not stay involved and was a typical sales person. Quick out the gate and slow to finish. They will fail an inspection and leave you high and dry. Highly do not recommend using them. The only positive part of the experience was the installers. John and his crew were very kind and professional. I wish we would have met them before we did business with Window World. Edit:In response to owner. Further proof that you don’t know what’s going on with your employees. Ask any of the above mentioned employees and they know exactly who I am. Your communication across the company seems to be severely lacking.
