- EVEudaldo del ValleJan 9, 20251.0They have a policy to never or almost never honor customer services calls for complains about their old, unsafe, unefficient rental equipment mostly scissor lifts , this company refuse to send to the junk yard and keep renting. If you call then and complain their tech will try to fix the obvious issues, then send you a bill for the visit saying "they were nothing wrong with the equipment , tech found equipment in ok status"etc etc, lies and more lies Believe only your contractual obligations and rights by the rental contract, nothing else. They made waste time and money to a lot of subs out there. One day this unsafe junks time bomb will blow up , but meanwhile we paying all this bad service.
