  I needed a glass replacement in the window on the front of my house. My builder suggested this company. I had a terrible experience and would never suggest to anyone to use this company. 2 workers that arrived never introduced themselves. I have no idea what their names were. They were rushing to get their job done and were very sloppy, I had broken glass inside the house and all over front porch . One of the workers didn’t use any gloves when holding glass window from outside while the other worker on inside was using a special tool to remove the glass. The worker that used the tool to remove the glass wasn’t trying to be careful or professional in any shape or form, he damaged window frame in multiple places, so when new glass was installed it was very visible and was impossible to hide. I think I was in shock when I saw final results. I asked what can be done to make it look better. One of the workers suggested to seal it with a clear seal which would never hide the damage was done to window frame. I said NO. So he suggested to seal it with color seal that would be closest to frame color and that is what he did. I was given a bill and was suggested to pay right then. I was told:” if you don’t pay now you will have to pay interest when you call office and pay over the phone “ I called company next day and talked to Stephanie to share my experience. She told me that she will let owner know. I never heard from anyone.
