  To let any prospective customers know, we had the best experience ever with this company! Excellent communication which seems to be rare these days. Shane and Scott are both excellent project managers! From start to finish it took them less than a day to complete our home. They came back the next day and replaced our gutters. If we could award them more than 5 stars we would!

  We had squirrels chew two holes in our roof letting rain come inside our home. I called Chastain Roofing for a quotation for an entire roof replacement, since our roof was old and needed replacement. Seth, their super knowledgeable salesperson, visited us the very next morning. He patiently sat with us and went over what we needed and the entire process from beginning to end. Seth had given us the addresses of local jobs where we could see different colors. We had appointments with other roofers the next day. One never showed up and the other’s price was out of this world. We signed the contract with Chastain for total roof and gutter replacement. Chastain did not want a deposit to begin the replacement until the job was done and we were satisfied. This is comforting since sadly too many contractors take deposits and never return. Chastain’s people in their office were also great to work with when it came to scheduling the work. They got us on the schedule the same week. The crew showed up 2 days later as the sun rose and began work. They did an amazing job, giving our house a whole new look. We have received compliments from all of our neighbors. We are so happy to have had Chastain replace our roof and gutters. They are a first rate reliable company that does super quality work.

  Everything from the initial visit and estimate to completing the work was exceptional. Seth explained the issues with the gutters and what was necessary to fix the problem. The problems were solved in a short period of time on the first try and everything looks great. I'm very happy with Chastain Roofing and highly recommend them!

  Super impressed with Chastain. I submitted the request for quote on line on a Sunday night and received a call from Ari/Brett and team the next day. They followed up daily and the work was completed with photo evidence and an easy to pay invoice by that Thurs. The main thing I appreciated was follow up and communication. The other company hasnt responded yet. If Chastain can add the ability to pay an invoice on line via smartphone that would be even better. Will use them again

  We have used Chastain Roofing for over 25 years now on multiple projects. If you ever want the job done right the first time and value a quality roof that doesn't ever leak, then Chastain should be your only call. They will also work hard to keep an aging roof alive until replacement becomes the only option. The staff has done this work for decades and can be trusted completely to design and install solutions for even the most problematic roof designs. Service after the sale is top notch as well. Syd O.
