    2nd Service Visit. Climate Heroes Air Conditioning are great! I was able to get Jose Rosa to come out next morning which was great because he served AC on first visit. New issue thus trip. AC Leaking water.inside. Jose texted and called on the way 20 minutes out, was extremely polite and thorough. Took pictures of all inspection points. Show me what was going on. Gave me options to consider. Signed work order on tablet. Installed Overflow Auto Shut Off Device and Clean Out Value while fixing leak. Checked functionality once fixed. Ask if I had any questions. Answered them. Price was high as expected but glad to have it fixed by very competent tech. Will use again if needed. 5 Stars. Send Jose!
