  Had a sudden hot water leak above my heater in the furnace room late last night. Called Aaron’s the next day around 8am. Chris G. was dispatched to my house around 10am the next day. Fixed a section of the pipe in no time flat, with a great explanation as to why it most likely had happened. Great customer experience and I’m always satisfied with the level of work they do; even if it’s a simple residential one.

  I had an excellent experience with Aaron Plumbing, Heating & Cooling when they replaced my failed Rheem water heater—despite my home being only three years old. My technician, CJ, was professional, respectful, and great to work with. He wore shoe booties in my home and provided clear communication and arrival updates throughout the day. They installed a new A.O. Smith ProLine Commercial-Grade water heater, which is a major upgrade. Because the new unit is shorter and wider than the original tall, narrow model, CJ initially placed it on wood blocks so it could reach the existing power line. While it worked, I wasn’t happy with how the wood blocks looked. I purchased concrete pavers from Home Depot to create a more clean and professional appearance. What impressed me most was the team’s willingness to make it right. They returned the very next business day to reinstall the water heater on the new pavers, and the service manager, Michael, even stopped by to assist with the reinstall. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. The final installation looks clean, solid, and professional, and I’m very happy with both the product and the service. I highly recommend Aaron Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for their excellent communication, workmanship, and customer-focused approach.

  Woke up to a water heater leak on a Saturday morning. CJ wasted no time. Once he arrived, he found the issue. He was very knowledgeable; ready to answer any and all of our questions. He was also very respectful and kind to our animals and house. He would not move forward with the repairs until he had all the proper permissions. He is concerned about your safety, making sure all the repairs are done correctly and efficiently. Thank you CJ.

  I was recommended to Aaron Services thru my finance company and I was so pleased with their services. I literally called them at 9am and a tech was at my home by 12pm wow!! Brandon T. & Ty was such a pleasure to work with for a quote but to my surprise they were the same techs to actually come out and complete the work. You see this was not just a clog, I was requesting an entire new water line to be built in my front yard & these pros did not disappoint! Brandon arrived promptly on work day & walked and talked me thur the entire process, which I was clueless about. It was such a pleasure to work with good people who actually care. Brandon and Ty took their time and did such a great job. This process was not planned and caused a huge shift in my family’s life but now in less than one days work my house is back a home. Me and my family are very grateful for such a quick and efficient service. Bonus when you call in the team is always there to help and ensure our financing and payments were handled properly and promptly. Special thanks to Marissa for all your help.   VERY unhappy with the customer service I recevied here. I called to have a leak detected. Lady I spoke with said that is something they could help me out with. I told her more than once that we already knew we had the leak we just needed to know where. She set the appt for the next day. I took off from work so I could be home. Then I get a call not before my appt AT THE TIME of my appt of them cancelling saying that leak dectection is not something that they offer. So now not only have I wasted my day. But the time I could have been having my problem fixed as well. Since we DON'T HAVE WATER! I cannot believe this is the way you let your customer service reps treat people.
