My family was floored when we found out the previous owners of our home misled us on the condition and of our HVAC (Heat and Cooling) system. Not only was the system not installed correctly, but it started to leak rust, bacteria, and carbon monoxide in our home causing us all to be sick and we have a 2 year old. Climate Heroes led the way, Andrei was the first on the scene, with his expert prognosis of the system, we knew we were in trouble. His manager Mayel, joined in and ensured we got the best deal and equipment that not only rectified the issue, but ensured that we wouldn’t have a need to use all of our air purifiers that we had in every room. Then the duo team of Angel and Luke, was the truly amazing. These guys did an absolutely amazing job removing and installing both the furnace system and the air conditioning system in a single day, while ensuring that it was done to perfection and on top of it, they were pretty quiet as well, which enabled our 2 year old to get a full nap in as he battled the flu. These four superheroes should have capes waiting for them somewhere because they saved our lives. My wife and sons are asthmatic and have suffered greatly due to the condition of the previous HVAC system, forcing us to contemplate selling our home that we have only been in for a year. Now with their aid we can finally call this place our home. We thank God for their efforts and can’t recommend Climate Heroes enough. If you want expert service from a team that genuinely cares about your family’s health and comfort, Angel, Luke, Mayel, and Andrei are the people to call. They truly live up to their name as heroes!

Cesar and Angle are the two who installed our unit, spoked every time they had to come in, kept us informed as they worked and was just some of the nicest people to deal with. I call sat and my unit was installed the falling Monday! Thank you guys again so so much!!
