  The store doesn't offer financing and all of the items are very highly priced. I was informed they only offer lay away. 4 payments is too compounded and not everyone might be able to work with that. That might not be the operable thing. Financing allows there to be less pressure on the consumer; it allows them to be able to make payments on their purchase.They weren't friendly. They weren't helpful. There are micro aggressions. It's a psycho dynamic paradigm. They acted visibly uncomfortable as I was talking to them. They acted like I was speaking a King's english-as if they have never heard of the basic question ls I was asking them. I didn't feel welcomed in that space. I was asking for a price for one floor. They said it would take an hour or hours to get that information because they would need to contact the supplier to see if they had it in stock. There should be a price regardless. This happened for every type of flooring I asked price about. They lack efficiency. The artwork there is really nice. They have a great inventory selection. I did arrive 10 minutes before they were closing but time doesn't displace the need for decency.

  I have been a customer here for several years and have purchased artwork, furniture, and other items. However, I was disappointed this time. I was shopping for a rug. I found a sample book and was allowed to borrow it to see if the color would match my room. Included in the sample book was pricing. Our sales lady advised us that those were the current prices. When I returned the sample book and was ready to order the 5x7.6 rectangle for $379, a different sales person advised those prices were no longer accurate. I said that may change my decision to order. She said her prices are usually lower. I said in that case, I was still interested. She attempted to contact the company, Dalyn in Dalton GA. She said their website was down and would let me know later. Later when she called, she quoted me a price of over $500. I asked why there was such an increase in price. She said it was due to tariffs and shipping. I declined to order it from her. I ordered from another supplier and paid $379 with no “tariffs” and free shipping. I prefer to shop local but can’t agree to pay tariffs that aren’t affecting other suppliers.

  Met and worked with Holly, great experience! Holly helped us with selecting a beautiful LVP and arranging its installation throughout our entire house. Joel and his installation team did a beautiful job onsite. We highly recommend The Warehouse and its staff!

  Beautiful household decor and flooring. High prices, but items are priced accordingly, bc of their value. Chris who assists you with flooring is very friendly, but the lady that works up front, don't remember her name (short blonde hair) seemed stuck up and didn't greet etc when me and my mother walked in, I had to approach her. We had customers greet and speak to us unlike her. Other than that, gorgeous items.
