  Kason communicated early and often throughout our repairs. They were also flexible with us around scheduling repairs. Very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

  On two separate occasions we have needed the services provided by CAT Recovery Services and both times they responded to our needs VERY quickly and did an excellent job managing a challenging situation caused by burst pipes on a very cold winter day. The communication, service and end product exceeded expectations. It is very clear that the team at CAT Recovery has your best interest in mind and understands the needs of small business owners.   We had a kitchen fire that caused smoke damage throughout our entire house. Insurance had to pour 100,000 to remedy the situation. I went with CAT recovery because they made themselves quickly available. Within the two and a half months it took for my house to be remodeled, we formed a trusting and respectful relationship with CAT and Alan and Mark went out of their way time after time to make sure every detail of the remodel was done with care and intention. Any time I had questions about the process they spent ample time clarifying what they were doing and why. They also saved me thousands of dollars by negotiating with my adjuster, advocating for us to get all new appliances and content replacement. I could go on but I think you get the point. They are family owned, hardworking, professional and honest.

  I have had several water pipes burst causing water damage over the last few months. I was very concerned I may have mold issues. Brandon and Allen came out the same morning I called to inspect. These were the gentleman were extremely professional and courteous. The did a complete inspection and I will never use another company for these types of repairs. Bravo!!!
