Just today we had an elevator emergency when it went down and called and set up service-was told technician would arrive between 12-4 and he was there around 1pm. Just left and our elevator is up and running again! Thank you for saving our behind TK Elevator! A hotel with no elevator is never a happy hotel and gladly we can go back to happy again! Thx!!
