- LCLauren CareyApr 2, 20251.0Our appointment was at 8:30 am. They showed up 40 minutes late and brought the wrong glass replacement. They left three hours ago to pick up the correct one and are still yet to be back.

- CVChaston VogelSep 9, 20211.0It was found in our inspection the front dining room window needed to be re-sealed. It took 2 visits to get the window re-sealed properly. This was done but after rain, it still leaked. Due to the leak, our hardwood floors were damaged. We called Jack Rick's Glass Company to get this accomplished. The customer service was not prompt, a manager was not available and the owner was never available. It took a month to get them out to our house. They didn't contact the floor company who re-surfaced our hardwoods to try and match the floor. So now we have an area in our dining room that is shiny and stands out. I was very disappointed in the customer service, lack of wanting to do the job correctly and follow up. When I did speak with the mgr, he was going to follow up and haven't heard from him yet.
