They quoted a price to us and then once you factor in all these undisclosed charges the price came out to almost double what they quoted. The lift broke down for over 3 hrs leaving a worker stranded at 60ft up and they wouldn’t even consider giving us a small discount for the lost time or massive inconvenience. On the next job I’ll go ahead and wait until badger rental has one back in stock, because they rock.
