- JHJay HillDec 5, 20241.0I have never been so disappointed in lack of service like this before! Thankfully Pace was right across the street and eager to help! I went in yesterday looking for lighting and new faucets for my kitchen. I walked in to see a young woman sitting at a desk, she looked up and smiled but not a hi or what brings you in. So I just shrugged it off and continued to look around the entire showroom for atleast 15 minutes and not 1 person said anything (there were 3 woman on the floor and 2 men installing dishwasher displays) until the young woman at the desk by the door said have a great day when we left. Went across to Pace and not 60 seconds from walking through the door we were greeted by an amazing sales person. To the showroom manager, I would be embarrassed by your teams lack of enthusiasm. Also your $10k Jennair built in fridge is disgusting!

The young lady stating at the front desk did not stop to say hello or even acknowledge that we were in the store. We walked past another person who looked up, nodded our way, but said nothing. The entire time we walked through the store no one spoke to us. We were left to wander and wonder without any real concern or care that we were in the store. We opened appliances, some of which were dirty and walked past people installing dishwashers, but no one spoke to us. Only when we were leaving, did someone say goodbye and have a good day.
