  We had a really positive experience working with counter fitters. Carlie (sp.?) was great, & very responsive. We love our new countertops, & they were installed beautifully. Bonus, they had the best prices around, & I know because I shopped around & did my homework! I'm so glad I found them! I'd insert pix, but besides the pretty new countertops, our kitchen is still a construction zone 😬

  We are repeat Counter Fitters customers. We worked with Bailey Huggins and she was great! She provided several recommendations and showed us the actual slabs so we could see the entire pattern. She also provided small samples we could take home to see the color / shade in our space. She answered all my many questions right away. She was patient and knowledgeable during the entire process. Everyone else involved from the template person, fabricators, and installers were polite and obviously took pride in their work. From personal experience, not all counter top companies have the same standard of excellence and customer support that Counter Fitters has. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again myself without hesitation.

  Efficient and enjoyable describes my dealings with this supplier. My request for a new countertop was handled quickly and flawlessly by a charming southern lady. No Artificial Intelligence here - just a real person doing her job well.

The team provided excellent communication, precise fabrication, and flawless installation. Our countertops look amazing, and we could not be more pleased. Highly recommend!
