  My experience with the owner of this company was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, there was a clear lack of professionalism and leadership. Communication was poor, deadlines were not respected, and accountability was missing. The owner was often unresponsive to concerns and dismissive when legitimate issues were brought up. Instead of working toward solutions, I felt talked over and undervalued as a customer. A good company reflects the character of its leadership, and unfortunately, this experience showed a serious lack of integrity, fairness, and respect. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

  We needed a new roof and talked with about four companies before deciding on Alpha because of their understanding of our needs and also the recommendations of a friend and neighbor who had used them. They were professional and pleasant to work with.

  Alpha Roofing replaced the entire roof on my 1889 Victorian home. Throughout the project, I was extremely impressed w my communications w owner TJ, his team’s work ethic, & the quality of my beautiful new roof. I considered my roof to be complicated, but TJ explained that it wasn’t “if you understand it.” And he did! The job was masterfully & systematically executed w no hiccups or delays. I wholeheartedly recommend TJ, his son, & the entire hard-working team. I feel confident w my new roof! As a long-time Realtor serving Historic Savannah & surrounding areas, I recommend Alpha Roofing to all my clients.
