A technician, Lockhart, was at my home w/i 2 hour. He made a temporary repair that allowed me to get through the evening with water. The next day, Darly, came to make the permanent repair. He was equally responsive and professional. I hope to not have this experience again, but if I do, I would definitely call Zoom Drain.
