- PSPathik shahJul 29, 20251.0I'm not the one to write reviews but this has done it!!! I wish I could rate this less than a 1 star. We have had some many issues with a brand new house that we have moved in to. But the most important issue was the garage door. Our garage door had popped out of place in June the day before we were going to Mexico, updated it on their portal but there was no immediate response so had to call an outside service for this emergency. They got it fixed for $400+. The same issue occurred again last Thursday 7/24/25. the garage door company that came and checked on it said they will have to contact the company that came in June to come take a look. Which is not right at all. The garage frame is so poorly built that it comes out of place very often. The builders do not wanna come help and want us to pay out of pocket for the stuff they built poorly. We are very very disappointed with the work ethic. Do not recommend buying a STANLEY MARTIN HOME.
