  We have used Slaughters Well Pump Service before. They installed our first submersible pump. We had a problem about five years ago. I think that’s when we needed a new tank. They know when you are out of water, you want it ASAP. Somehow they always make it happen. Last night I had no water. No leaks at spigots. I called our son who said maybe it wasn’t anything much. Maybe a capacitor or pressure switch. He is our number one electrician. I watched as he opened the pump house. To our amazement we saw a new (5-year old) pressure switch setting on the well. That was exactly what we needed! A quick fix. This is just shows how much this family business cares. They knew we might need them but we could handle it even faster than they could. It’s been five years and I will never forget this.

  This should really be 10 stars, as they’ve come out twice to our property in 5 years. The first time, they diagnosed the problem instantly, and an hour later, my pump worked like a charm. Just yesterday, my pump was giving off too much pressure due to a pressure gauge issue; again, it was diagnosed incredibly quick, and though they squeezed us in the same day we called, their pricing was very fair. Highly, highly recommend Sam and his team. They get in quick , diagnose the issue accurately, and are totally transparent with what they’re doing.
