  Working with Josh Chevalier at Flooring Atlanta was FANTASTIC!! I purchased a new townhouse in Roswell and Flooring Atlanta/Josh came highly recommended. I walked in on a Saturday, flooring delivered Monday, and beautifully installed by Wellington of WLB, LLC by the end of the week. Wellington takes his craft very seriously and it shows. From start to finish, it was an exceptional, professional, and very personable customer experience. Between Josh and Wellington, the interior of my new home is really beautiful. Thanks guys!

  Working with Lauri at Flooring Atlanta was a wonderful experience. Lauri was easy to work with, very helpful with any questions & concerns & very kind. The measuring, then install went extremely well & everything was very professional. When it comes time for future carpet/flooring needs, I will definitely be back.

  We recently purchased a home that had been 'refurbished'. Within a month of the purchase we noted the newly installed LVP flooring was flexing more than expected, particularly in a 'high traffic' area of the kitchen. We started calling flooring contractors for quotes to repair the flooring in this area. The first contractor provided a quote only for the complete replacement all the flooring on the main level of the house using his bulk discount priced product. This product and contractor wasn't going to be a good fit for us. The second contractor, an experienced installer, was affiliated with a big flooring retailer from which the original failing product had been purchased. His analysis indicated the slab beneath the LVP hadn't been properly repaired prior to installation. He provided us with very valuable knowledge and a detailed quote using an upgraded product that was specific to this retailer. The snag was I couldn't find any reviews of these products. In a prior remodel (in a different state) we installed - and loved - a Mohawk LVP product. So I searched for a local Mohawk retailer and fortunately discovered Flooring Atlanta in Roswell. Josh asked me questions about our home and needs, and then introduced me to a variety of products beyond LVP based on my responses - in a very educational (not salesy) manner. In this first conversation I asked him how he liked his installers. He paused and looked me in the eye before he responded: "I love my installers (emphasis on 'love'). That sealed the deal with me - Flooring Atlanta was going to be our new flooring store. After much research, sample ordering, and in-person visits to the store, we chose Mohawk PureTech Premier flooring. The price was reasonable and the ordering timeline was brief. The installers, Splendid Floors (Daniel and Felipe), were outstanding. There were a few surprises when the old flooring was removed and the Splendid crew had to do a substantial amount of floor leveling. Yet that's the key to a great installation: the prep work. Once the overall installation was complete Daniel and Felipe touched up the baseboard paint, mopped our new floors, and moved all the furniture back into the house exactly where it had originally been located. Wow- these are the finishing touches an owner like me treasures. Plus they promptly came back a week later for a little tweak to one of the planks. I love these guys! We've remodeled quite a few homes, so we know that finding the right contractors can be a strenuous and tenuous process. When we've worked with superlative pros like Josh and Lauri (a super patient and smart lady) from Flooring Atlanta and the Splendid Floor team - we want others to know all the details about the process and our experience. A number of our neighbors are preparing to replace their floors. We've confidently and enthusiastically recommended Flooring Atlanta/Roswell (Josh and Lauri) and Splendid Floors (Daniel and Felipe). And PS: we love our Mohawk PureTech Premier flooring!

  Flooring Atlanta was absolutely wonderful to work with. Lauri was so helpful and made the process very easy! Runner was installed quickly and workers did a wonderful job. Highly recommend Lauri and Flooring Atlanta!
