  Nick Nelson came to my home to write an estimate for a new water heater. Once we realized it was beyond repair and urgently needed to be replaced, he called and they sent a technician out right away. Steve Hinton removed the old water heater and installed a new one. They were both very professional, courteous and explained the whole process to me. They both took the time to make sure I was very happy and Steve made sure I understood how everything works and made sure I have hot water before he left. I’m very pleased and highly recommended them for plumbing work!

  My experience with Bardi was impressive, from the first person who answered the phone when I called to the call and message letting me know their electrician was on his way. And the electrician! Abel was incredibly knowledgeable and delightfully personable. I am not able to do what I had hoped, but he offered ideas and suggestions to help me accomplish what I was wanting to do. I will always call Bardi for my next electrical, mechanical and plumbing needs. I am very happy to have discovered this company.

  Thank you for the service.. but I do not approve of the price. I could have bought a brand new heater with the price he charged me. All he did is buy a part for the hot water heater.$950 is too much for a part in the service.

  I would not recommend Bardi. At first, they provided good customer service and even enrolled me in a membership plan — which, in hindsight, was my first mistake. Recently, I called them out to inspect my unit. The technician, Blake, was at my home for about 30 minutes and then presented me with a list of repairs totaling over $5,000. Something didn’t sit right with me because the inspection didn’t feel thorough. I decided to get a second opinion from another company. After a proper inspection, they determined that Bardi hadn’t even correctly diagnosed the issue. The actual problem was the control panel. The other company replaced it for less than one-fifth of what Bardi quoted, and now my unit is running perfectly with all issues resolved. After that experience, I contacted Bardi to cancel my membership because I no longer felt confident in their service. I was told I couldn’t cancel and could only choose not to renew at the end of the one-year term. I used to recommend Bardi, but after this experience, I no longer can.

  Kevin was punctual, professional, and very detail-oriented. Scheduling the tune-up was quick and proactive, and the customer service team did an excellent job following up before and after the visit. The text confirmations were clear and timely, making the whole experience easy and smooth.
