  Absolutely fabulous -- possibly my best contractor/maintenance experience so far. I had Keith who spent far more than a reasonable amount of time walking me through my HVAC system as a first time home owner during my first ever tune up. He was polite, informative, and went above and beyond -- even fixing an issue with a wall mounting he had nothing to do with for me. I ended up getting a Friends of Bardi membership because I was so impressed and hope to see Keith again (but not *too* soon!).

  Eric & Zac were great! Eric came in and assess the damage was very thorough walked us through the process. We’re extremely happy with the outcome has experience in the business. It’s nice to see these days. this is a extensive job and we appreciate all his assistance

  Easy to schedule, Prompt Arrival, and very professional & friendly technician. However, be careful. I was quoted $5700 to replace my water heater. This was a discounted price after enrolling in their membership/subscription. We discussed the same water heater was at Lowes for $1800. I was able to get two additional quotes the same day between $2700 - $4,000. We had another company replace it that day. While no company is perfect, the quote seemed quite unreasonable and zero negotiation. There are lots of options out there for licensed professionals - Bardi is well branded and has a very good website and tech platform. Maybe that's why they charge so much!

  Had a good ac/furnace diagnostic visit by Bardi. They were very communicative, showed up on time, and kept me in the loop the entire time. Kevin was a very nice technician who explained everything to me. He was very professional and knowledgeable and had no problem explaining things to me. He did recommend a new system... but i expected that as mine is >35 yrs old. The only negative was that he didn't/ couldn't recharge my system because it was the old R22 refrigerant. I needed a top off until I get the new system. They should some top offs/recharges on old systems.
