Rhino Waste & Recycling, Inc provides commercial junk removal, construction waste removal, demolition and clearing, dumpster rentals, junk removal, and more in Rome, GA, and the surrounding area.
Our company used Rhino Waste & Recycling for a dumpster rental on an out-of-town job that lasted several weeks, and it was a great experience. We work all over the country, and this was one of the smoother experiences we’ve had. The staff was professional and friendly, scheduling was easy, delivery and pickup were on time, and billing was smooth. Everything went exactly as it should. We would absolutely use Rhino Waste & Recycling again and highly recommend them.

We have rhino waste commercial trash service at our shop. They are absolutely wonderful. No long term contract, considerably less than the "big boys in bright green". Friendly and courteous customer service.

Driver of a rhino truck that was being filled up at a house in Garden lakes on Malone drive, Just drove in front of my driveway and dumped about 5000 galons of trash juice onto the front of my lawn and driveway, I approached the driver and said it smells like poop out here please move your truck, and he shook his head and said he didnt single out my house he cant do anything about it, as he proceeded to dump trash juice and old underwear onto the street and my driveway, I had to spend the whole evening cleaning up and it still smells awful thanks to your wonderful driver who decided it was a good idea to dump trash on someones property. I would like some kind of compensation for this behavior, as it was clearly wrong.
Frequently Asked Questions About Rhino Waste & Recycling, Inc
How do I order a dumpster?
To order a dumpster, please contact us via phone or use the contact tab on our website. We'll need the delivery address, the type of material you'll be disposing of, placement instructions, and your preferred payment method. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Please be aware that cash payments may require an additional deposit to cover potential overages, which will be refunded if not used.
How are dumpsters priced?
Dumpster pricing is based on a per-haul or per-dump basis. Each time the dumpster is emptied, a charge is applied. The price includes an allowance for a specific tonnage, which varies depending on the dumpster size you select. Additionally, a complimentary rental period is included in the base price.
How much lead time do I need to give you?
We generally request a 24-hour notice for dumpster orders. Orders placed before 10 am may be fulfilled the same day, if possible. However, during our peak seasons in spring and summer, same-day service cannot be guaranteed. For an estimated arrival time, please contact our office or email rhinowaste@gmail.com.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
The duration for which you can keep the dumpster is determined on a case-by-case basis. It depends on the size and type of your project, and is mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Can I fill the dumpster over the top?
Overfilling the dumpster is not permitted. We need to be able to cover the dumpsters with a tarp for transportation. If the dumpster is overloaded and cannot be hauled, the customer will be responsible for leveling the contents. Additionally, a dry run fee may be charged if the dumpster cannot be serviced due to overfilling.
What cannot go into the dumpsters?
Certain materials are strictly prohibited from being placed in our dumpsters. These include hazardous waste, chemical products, radioactive materials, paints, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oils, tires, asbestos, railroad ties, and food waste. If any of these items are found in the dumpster, additional fees will be applied for their removal and proper disposal.
Can I order a dumpster for brush/yard debris?
Yes, we offer dumpsters for yard debris. However, it's crucial that only yard waste is placed in these dumpsters. Mixing in any garbage, construction debris, or other materials is not allowed. If non-yard waste is found, the dumpster will be emptied on-site, and you'll be required to separate the materials. Additionally, a 'dry run' fee will be charged in such cases.
Can I order a dumpster for concrete/brick/block/asphalt?
Yes, we provide dumpsters for concrete, brick, block, and asphalt disposal. It's essential that only these materials are placed in the dumpster. If other materials such as garbage or construction debris are mixed in, the contents will be treated as commercial waste and disposed of at the landfill, resulting in additional tonnage fees. Before disposal, we'll require a credit card on file to cover the estimated extra weight charges.
Do you take refrigerators or freezers?
We do not accept refrigerators or freezers in our dumpsters. If these appliances are discovered in the dumpster during emptying, the customer will incur an additional fee and will be required to retrieve the item from our facility.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
The metal wheels of the dumpster may cause surface scratches on your driveway. To minimize this, you can place plywood where you want the dumpster positioned, and our driver will place it under the dumpster wheels. Please note that we are not liable for driveway cracks, crumbling, or collapse. It's the homeowner's responsibility to ensure their driveway can safely support the dumpster. If you're unsure about your driveway's stability, please contact us for assistance in finding a suitable alternative placement.
