  Many thanks to Mason and Victor for the installation of jacks and braces in the crawlspace of my home. They were courteous and informative at every step of the process, taking photos to show their work, and leaving the crawl space entry area cleaner than when they began. Thanks also go to Lance for the initial inspection and recommendation for remediation. I’ve been impressed with the professionalism and competency of every member of the Low Country team that I’ve encountered. .

  Tony Wood was fantastic. Besides being a genuinely nice guy, he gave us the information we really needed to get our situation fixed. Though they could not fix the problem at this point, he told us that we would need a concrete footer poured before Low Country could come out and install foundation piers. He walked us through everything making it easy to understand. Once we get our footer poured we will definitely be calling Tony to come and install the piers that we need.

  I loved it that when the Employees arrived they introduced themselves and gave full explanation what they would be doing and how they would be doing it. Great to kow that Lowcountry states and fulfills their commitment to their customer. Hard to find these days! They are very cautious to ensure they don't damage anything and clean up what they mess up. I highly recommend Lowcountry Foundation ♥️

  Having our crawlspace encapsulated helps so much with the temperature and humidity control in our home. When we had a clogged condensation line Low Country Foundation and Crawl Space were able schedule us an appointment and then work us in even sooner with a cancelation. Travis Brannan was our technician and was extremely thorough as well as efficient. I would highly recommend the company and Travis for their work and customer service.

  Bryan, Stefan, and Austin from Low Country Foundation Repairs did an outstanding job repairing support for my home, installing a water and humidity management system and encapsulating my crawl space. The initial assessment done by Tony identified the needed repairs and the three man professional team above carried out the repairs and improvements in a most professional and efficient manner this week. They identified a couple of areas needing attention and completed these additional repairs expeditiously.
