  Had to purchase a new air conditioner for our first floor. Sales person Eric who came to our home was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Offered us options to choose from, answered as many questions as we could ask with a smile and understanding. No pressure salesman. Day of installation Jorge and his co-worker (sorry didn’t get his name) were on time and excellent. Zero mess when they were done, made sure everything worked, and asked if I had any questions. Price was great because we are Costco members so we got discount and a shop card to spend at Costco. Cool Air has been a vendor for Costco for a long time. Purchased our homes upstairs unit about 10 years ago so it’s good to know they are in business for the long haul. Also, if Costco was getting complaints about Cool Air they wouldn’t allow them to be a vendor. I’ve used other HVAC companies and it’s all about the techs. Cool Air has some great techs and over the years I’ve had to ask for a second opinion. Cool Air has always made things right and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. We love our new AC and I am grateful for the service Cool Air provided from start to finish.

  From the beginning to the end everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. Donovan Jenkins was very informative and made sure I chose the correct unit for my needs. He did not try to take advantage and oversell me something I did not need and that is what will make me a repeat customer when it’s time to replace my second until. I received very good customer service from him and the technicians that did my install. The technicians (John and his partner sorry I forgot his name) kept me informed on everything they were doing. 10/10 all around with these young men and their manners.

  We gave them a try through the Costco program after our old company was purchased and the quality of service dropped off. We've been with cool air for over 7 years now, and just renewed for another 6 years. We have two units that are a mix of other brands and a new Lenox a/c unit. The price we received for our new Lennox AC gave us a superior system for what we would have expected to pay for a base unit. They have always been transparent about options, and have never pushed us into a replacement or a repair that wasn't needed. We had the option of replacing both AC units, but the recommendation was to perform a small repair and we've now gotten three years out of the old unit. This helps spread out the cost. Our service today was with Victor, and he was delightful and very professional. He knows his stuff and was able to explain everything that was going on, the tests he ran, and what to consider in the future.

  I want to thank Cool Air Mechanical for their professionalism, my house has never been this cool. I've had two other estimates before checking Cool Air Mechanical which gave me more bang for my buck. They were very easy to find ( try your nearest Costco). So thanks to Asst Manager Steve Eiswerth in Costco for taking the time to explain the process, thanks to Sales Advisor Jacob for coming out to the house and saving me $$ money and I can’t forget the installment crew Elio, Johann, and Morteza.

  From the initial consultation with Donovan to the installation completed by Emilio and his crew, the entire HVAC replacement process was seamless and highly professional. Donovan took the time to thoroughly explain our options, answer all of our questions, and ensure we felt confident in the decisions being made without any pressure. When it came time for installation, Emilio and his team exceeded expectations. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and demonstrated a high level of expertise throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how well they communicated walking us through what needed to be done, explaining each step clearly, and making sure we understood how the new system operates. The crew was respectful of our home, kept the workspace clean, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences we’ve had. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services professional, knowledgeable, and reliable from start to finish.
