  What a company!! Great Technicians.. Professional, Great Work Ethic, Informative!! They came out to our business and told us exactly what the problem was, gave us a quote & scheduled our appointment. It rained on our original date so they called to inform us that they would be out the next morning and they were.... EARLY!! I am happy to report our heat is working & within the hour all offices are comfortable. I will recommend you to any one that may need your services. Thank You Covington Air!!

  Our heat stopped working on a Friday afternoon before the weekend of the ICE storm 2026. I was worried about finding someone to come out late on a Friday before the weekend. I was referred to Covington Air. I called and Ashley (very sweet lady) said don't worry I can have a technician out between 4 and 6. Mike showed up during the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and checked everything out and had it up and running in no time. He gave us a few tips we weren't aware of. I was very surprised how affordable the service was. I told Mike if we have any problems in the future with our heat or air we will call Covington Air and ask for him. I always love to use a local business when we can.

  I’ve used Covington Air Systems twice now and both times they’ve able to have a tech there same day to repair my heat. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for all you HVAC needs.
